🎁 The Add-Vent Calendar: Giving in Reverse
Instead of opening doors to receive, our Add-Vent Calendar invites everyone to add something each day—non-perishable food, toiletries, or treats—to support our local food bank. It’s a reverse advent with a forward-thinking heart, helping families feel the warmth of community when they need it most.
Our team here are adding some shopping to be donated our local foodbank this year. A little from all of us adds up to great amount to donate.
🐾 Santa Paws & the Doggy Grotto
Christmas isn’t just for humans! Our festive Doggy Grotto is open to all four-legged friends, complete with treats, photo ops, and tail-wagging cheer. It’s a joyful way to celebrate the pets who bring love and loyalty all year round.
🍽️ Serving Up Comfort at the Community Café
We’re rolling up our sleeves and serving Christmas dinners at the local community café—because no one should feel alone or go hungry during the holidays. From roast potatoes to warm conversations, it’s all about nourishment in every sense of the word.
🕯️ Visiting Our Elders
We’re also spending time with residents at a nearby care home, bringing festive cheer, companionship, and a few carols to brighten their day. These visits remind us that presence is the most precious present of all.
